You can ask almost anyone who enjoys PVP, any race, any class and most will say Enhancement Shamans are the weakest and less viable PVP class/spec in the game.  And they may be right, somewhat.  We do suffer from low health, low burst and overall just weird talent specs when it comes to PVP.  It is not as obvious as it is for other classes the right things to get to be competitive when it comes to talent points distribution and it relies so much on experience and personal play style that there really isn’t one PVP spec, you need to find your own.
